Terms and Conditions


Shipping:

  • Weal & Breech ships all orders with Canada Post.
  • Responsibility for any and all additional charges on rejected packages is assumed by the customer. Weal & Breech is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchange or return are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for the production and shipping of your order as our items are handmade and sometimes made to order.
  • Weal & Breech is not responsible for any items lost during shipping.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.



Returns & Exchanges:

  • Weal & Breech will gladly accept returns for exchange for any item purchased on wealandbreech.com Since our items are made to order, we cannot offer refunds of any kind.
  • You may exchange any item if you are not satisfied with the size or colour. Returns or exchanges can also be made for any item with a defect. Only if your item is defective will we will pay return shipping.
  • Please contact us about any returns or exchanges. Returns will be accepted if the product is sent back to us within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date and if the item remains in the condition in which it was received. After 30 days, we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange. (Please note Weal & Breech will not be responsible for return or exchange shipping costs.)
  • Returned and exchanged items must be in new condition and unused. Please contact us to request a Return Authorization via the contact form under "Custom Work". All returns and exchanges must be approved beforehand. Once we have approved your return, we will send you further instructions. After your return is processed, you will be shipped out a replacement.
  • All returns or exchange packages must be fully insured. The will be no return or exchange on items damaged or lost in shipping. You must file a claim with the carrier.
  • All of our items are guaranteed for craftsmanship. Any product found to be defective will be repaired or replaced by us free of charge. Please contact us using the contact form under "Custom Work" if your product has a defect.
  • Currently we only ship to Canada and the USA. If you are outside of this area please use the contact form under "Custom Work" and we will work out a shipping cost and method for you.
